Why You’re Suffering From Recurrent Yeast Infections

It is estimated that 75% of women will suffer from at least one yeast infection during their lifetime. 5% of women will suffer from Recurrent/chronic yeast infections. Youre going to learn the two most common reasons why youre suffering from this uncomfortable infection more often than you should be.

Why Recurrent Yeast Infections Start In The First Place

Recurrent yeast infections usually start after a course of antibiotics. Antibiotics are a powerful anti fungal treatment that do more than the job they are intended for. You could be prescribed antibiotics for a number of reasons but theyre so strong they kill all the bacteria in your body, and that includes beneficial bacteria. Your body needs this beneficial bacteria to fight of other bacteria and micro organisms that can harm your body.

This is where the Candida yeast takes an opportunity to populate your body faster than the beneficial bacteria after the course of antibiotics has finished. It also is allowed to mutate into its fungal form where it becomes stronger and harder to get rid of.

One Reason Your suffering From Recurrent Yeast Infections

Once your course of antibiotics had finished, and you started suffering from your first yeast infection you probably went straight to the doctors and got a prescription anti fungal cream. Because the bacterial balance has been upset by the antibiotics the anti fungal cream will have the same effect. It will cure your yeast infection but the yeast will come back because your body still hasnt got enough beneficial bacteria to fight it off when the treatment stops.

When it does come back it will come back stronger, and in the end you have a strain of Candida living in your Vagina that is resistant to the treatment.

Another Reason Why Youre Suffering from Chronic Yeast Infections

Another reason youre suffering from chronic yeast infections is while youre treating the symptoms on the outside of your body the yeast has populating your intestines. This means that when you cure your vaginal yeast infection, and then you stop your treatment, the yeast just works its way to your vagina again through your digestive tract.

This is the point where your doctor can no longer help you as they have no cure for intestinal yeast infections ( candidiasis ). You have to start following an anti Candida protocol to starve and kill the Candida, and then repopulate your intestines with beneficial bacteria. You will need to repair the walls of your intestines as well if you have been suffering from other symptoms like

Lethargy

Headaches

Food allergies

Aching joints

Flu like symptoms

These symptoms are a sign that the Candida yeast has perforated the walls of your intestines, and toxins have gotten into your bloodstream.

Depending on how long you have been suffering from your recurrent yeast infections and/or the symptoms of candidiasis will determine how long you need to stay on your anti Candida protocol.
